Big shoutout to Coach Twain for his training and diet advice that helped me reach my goals of focusing growth on my chest, back and calves. And of course losing fat! This was done in a short TWO months while I was away on a holiday! Aesthetics aside, I had great improvements in my ankle mobility, which had been giving me issues for a while. Not only am I looking better, my body feels way more functional! Each training session lasted no more than 1.5 hours, and I was at the gym 3 to 4 days a week.
